Java Lead Developer

CR England is looking for a Senior level Java Developer to join our IT group at our Corporate office in Salt Lake City.

Primary responsibilities include all or a combination of the following:

• Java Application Design and development
• Analyze and evaluate IT projects
• Build new and enhance existing software applications
• Plan, esitmate and mentor projects

Required Technical Experience:

• 7+ years designing / building software applications
• 5+ years Hands-on (Java) experience
• Proven track record accomplishing organizational goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solver
• Team oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor of Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Technical Certifications
• J2EE, Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Flex, Maven
• Apache Tomcat
• DB2, SQL Server

Additional Pluses:

• OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
• Technical Certifications
• Agile, (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming - XP) experience
• Self Starter
• Strong inter-personal management skills
