Dir. North American Leasing Operations

Opportunity Leasing, Inc. is seeking a Director for its North American Leasing Operations to manage and grow its Horizon Truck Sales and Leasing organization in Salt Lake City, Ut. and Burns Harbor, In. This key management position is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of OPS's sales and leasing operations. Day-to-day operations require a tight working relationship with both the Horizon Sales Staff, including its Chief Sales Officer whom this role directly leads in the achievement of stated lease and sales goals, and with Horizon's key business partners for Lease Operator, Recruiting, Freight Operations, Maintenance, and Lease Operator Consulting & Business Services.

The Director of North American Leasing Operations collaborates and coordinates with these four important partners in this fashion:

• Recruiting, the Director ensures the weekly pipeline of prospective lease and owner operators is sufficient to meet and exceed stated lease and sales goals
• Freight Operations, the Director works with our carrier partners to ensure lease operators can integrate with and have a productive, profitable environment in which to operate
• Maintenance, the Director works to ensure that an adequate, cost effective inventory of new and used trucks is available for leasing to meet and exceed stated lease and sales goals, and that all policies and procedures regarding manufacturer and OPL warranties are followed, reconciled, and billed appropriately
• Also, the Director coordinates with various 3^rd party firms with whom Opportunity Leasing, Inc. partners to ensure those who lease or purchase OPL equipment have the services and expertise to ensure their success and to ensure OPL equipment is consistently active and productive.

• Familiar with and versed in all required and necessary human resource and employment policy, law and good sense.
• Expertise in equipment sales and leasing is strongly preferred
• Expertise in sales operations, strategies, and tactics strongly preferred
• Working functional knowledge of heavy-duty class 8 trucks, including day cab and sleeper cab semi-trailer trucks, including Freightliners, Internationals, Volvo and other brands.
