Customer Service Rep Expectations
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Scan in/out packages and deliver packages internally.
* Package and process Shipping both Domestic and Int'l.
* Maintain Coffee inventory on site. Maintain supplies in Breakrooms on designated floors.
* Ability to cross train in other areas such as Incoming and Outgoing mail and Outside delivery runs and cover and perform those duties when applicable.
* Help resolve customer concerns/issues
* Handle time-sensitive material
* Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.
* Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
* Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Maintain Chain of Custody when delivering packages.
* Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational and administrative skills required
* Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel
* Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe work environment.
* Ability to adhere to company's policies and procedures
Preferred Qualification:
* Prior Mail or previous Shipping/Receiving experience.

"The pay range for this position is $13-$14 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
