We are currently looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our skilled team in Willamette Valley Oregon. Dispatcher responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Receive phone orders for Aggregate and Ready-mix Deliveries. - Monitor and coordinate jobsite delivery and truck activity through computer terminal. - Become familiar with the abilities of a ready-mix truck, solo, super solo, transfer, and truck & trailer. - Provide excellent customer service and build close customer relationships. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. - Other duties assigned as needed. Compensation: The wage range for this position is $24.86+/hr. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
|
- Previous truck driving and/or dispatching experience and knowledge of the Willamette Valley area is preferred. - Knowledge of DOT regulations and previous construction experience is helpful. - Working knowledge of computers, Office software and website navigation. - Aptitude for rapid learning and growth. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam, and drug screen. - Valid driver's license in good standing. |
