Overview
The Football Analyst (Athletic Analyst) will work with a Football Coordinator to direct and oversee all aspects of the Division I Football program. The position will be responsible for operational and analytical duties for game plans, including film breakdown and analysis. The candidate must be familiar with Division I football programs.

This position must have a strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues. Violation of conference or NCAA regulations, as well as those policies of the University, could create negative publicity and jeopardize the University in conference or NCAA standings. Violations by employees will be documented and dealt with on an individual basis and can be cause for dismissal.


Responsibilities
Analyst:
  • Responsibilities include all advance opponent scouting and personnel evaluation.
  • Meet with the coordinator, and staff to create a game plan process.
  • Conduct statistical research on up-coming opponents.
  • Conduct self-scout of opponent tendencies versus our base install and most common schemes.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Administrative:
  • Attendance of NCAA compliance meetings, equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Football coaching or playing experience required.
  • Qualifying degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions and conferred by the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School or Collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with video.
