We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Imperial Supplies as a Contract & Compliance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Imperial's contractual process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and mitigating business risks. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, interpret legal terms, and provide strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education and Experience: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, English Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years previous experience in paralegal, contract review, or related business field.
Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, English Studies, or related field. 3-5 years previous experience in paralegal, contract review, or related business field.
Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
