The Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for day-to-day processes of the Equity team. Responsibilities include maintaining the Equity database, processing equity awards, and assisting with tax reporting. Experience with mobility and global plans is required. The incumbent will work closely with our internal and external partners, such as HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of equity transactions and reports. They will provide excellent customer service and equity education to our employees. It is essential to be able work independently and collaboratively in an exciting and dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate daily tasks of company's global stock plan.

  • Ensure that all equity transactions including grants, exercises, distributions, and cancellations are accurately processed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain compliance with current US and Global rules and tax regulations, SOX controls, and governing stock plan documents.

  • Monitor Equity mailbox and respond with excellent customer service and diplomacy to employee inquiries.

  • Co-manage documentation for plan administration and department procedures.

  • Proactively identify and document areas for process improvement for all facets related to stock equity administration.

  • Support internal and external requirements for quarterly and year-end audits.

  • Assist on ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Legal on clarifying and streamlining processes and procedures concerning cross-functional workflows.

  • Develop training materials and facilitate training for employee Equity education.

  • Support maintenance and updating of equity intranet information site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of stock administration.

  • 5+ years of stock administration experience is required.

  • Highly detail oriented and ability to execute with high levels of accuracywith little to no supervision.

  • MS Office proficiency, Advance Excel skills, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations.

  • Self-motivation to proactively identify and creatively solve problems and a high level of detail and accuracy.

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fidelity Stock Plan Administration experience

  • CEP - Certified Equity Professional.

  • Workday HRIS System experience.

  • Familiarity with all equity functions with all phases of company growth.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot tables, V-lookup, Sum If).

  • Intermediate knowledge of the field of stock administration or financial analysis obtained through experience and specialized courses.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$75,850.00 - $148,850.00
