Education, Experience, Abilities- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred, or equivalent experience. Product background required. Pragmatic Marketing training a plus.
- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience required, 3 yrs.
- 5 yrs. experience in US healthcare claims systems and specifically in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- Experience in product development liaising between business and technical teams. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in process definition and continuous quality improvement.
- Flexibility in thought and approach to problem solving. Ability to understand process inputs/outputs and effects of all.
- Strong understanding of system or product development lifecycle.
- Builds credibility and establishes influence with internal team members and client team members in a way that leads individuals to solicit and follow advice or direction. Strong focus on detail, root-cause analysis, and change management.
- Experience in health plan operations, with focus on reimbursement, medical coding (CPT, ICD-9).
- Consulting experience within a healthcare coding and reimbursement company is a definite plus.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in presentation and facilitation with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Work Demands
- Some travel may be required at times for this role (10-15%).
- Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
Base compensation ranges from $115,500 to $142,500. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
