The opportunity:

This Executive Assistant role will be an influential position within the company reporting directly to the VP of Engineering of Adobe Workfront who is also the Site Lead for the Adobe Utah site. This individual will provide administrative support in a variety of capacities and must be organized, proactive, detail- and task-oriented. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires discretion and diplomacy. We are targeting someone who is driven, energetic, flexible, and able to build positive relationships throughout the company and create positive experiences for the site.

What you'll do:

  • Be a highly visible member of the Adobe Workfront team and the Adobe Utah site and act as an ambassador of the company.

  • Act as the proxy for the executive and their team; set the tone for the organization, maintain the executive's image and able to speak on their behalf and represent them on multiple issues and subjects.

  • Manage a warm, welcoming environment for the organization and keep the executive and their team informed and aware of organizational issues, potential concerns, conflicts, etc.

  • Heavy calendar and time management, requiring consistent and fluid interaction with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate complex meetings and busy schedules.

  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, events, and meetings and adapt quickly to changes in travel plans, schedules, or requirements.

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and provide logistical and clerical support for the executive and their team.

  • Track and report on department initiatives and budgets, create and submit purchase orders and expense reports.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment supporting and interacting with executives at prominent levels.

  • Ability to learn from the executive what is important to them, assess and understand the day-to-day dynamic and stay steps ahead of them to help achieve success.

  • Create positive interactions with customers and staff at all levels operating with professionalism.

  • Pride in ownership and work, ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality and establish trust.

  • Be exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an executive and their team by being proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

  • Capable of handling high-pressure requests, frequent interruptions, and changes in priority diplomatically and constructively and deliver results effectively.

  • Experience in project management and dealing with multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines concurrently.

  • Expert-level written and verbal communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the business; strong judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Be highly proficient at analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing data/information, creating reports, spreadsheets, presentations and making recommendations or improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Slack.

  • Be connected to the organization and the site to sense morale issues amongst the staff and raise concerns appropriately.

  • Strong drive to learn and take on new challenges and assist others in getting things done.

  • Energy and enthusiasm on the job; always willing to help and raise the bar for the executive and their team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $71,600 -- $155,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
