We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technology Specialist in Data and AI to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of state-of-the-art data and AI solutions aimed at enhancing our products and services. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where technology solutions can create value and improve efficiency, and you will be pivotal in designing and deploying data models and AI algorithms to seize these opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge data and AI solutions to enhance our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions that add value and improve efficiency.
- Design and implement data models and AI algorithms to address identified opportunities effectively.
- Utilize your expertise in AI and machine learning techniques, including neural networks, decision trees, and clustering algorithms, to develop innovative solutions.
- Apply natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI subfields to enhance solution capabilities.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, with a preference for Azure.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results within established deadlines.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation in AI technology within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in AI and/or Machine Learning.
- 7+ years of experience in IT.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI subfields.
- Experience with technologies for building scalable and reliable AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in AI technology.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
