The Ecommerce and Payments Product team shapes the future of the platform and aims to empower districts, educators, and other educational support teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you should be skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains, as well as working closely across product management, engineering, strategy, merchant technology, supply chain & analytics teams at a detailed level.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive data-driven product decisions: Analyze data and customer interactions to inform strategic decision-making for commerce focused product development.
  • Contribute to strategic planning: Understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product roadmap development.
  • Ensure flawless execution: Manage dependencies and drive projects to successful completion, delivering impactful results.
  • Communicate effectively and lead: Clearly articulate the product vision, provide direction to your team, and foster collaboration across functions.

Who You Are:

  • Data-driven: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a commitment to data-driven strategies and decision-making.
  • Adaptable problem solver: Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges with a "can-do" attitude, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and developing solutions that address them. Experienced in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or consumer payments.
  • Change leader and collaborator: Possesses exceptional collaboration skills and experience leading change initiatives across teams.
  • Effective communicator and influencer: Able to clearly communicate ideas, build consensus, and influence others across the organization.
