Summary: We are looking for an Employee Experience Analyst to design and deliver programs and projects that employees are proud of! We are looking for an individual with confidence and expertise in both technical systems, as well as building relationships and working cross-functionally complex organizations. This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to develop their skills in designing and executing programs related to employee listening, orientation/onboarding, and employee experience/engagement. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and implement employee lifecycle surveys (onboarding/exit) including survey architecture, build, participant automation, dashboard build, and action decks.
  • Develop strategies to enhance overall employee experience based on survey findings.
  • Implement and manage various listening initiatives to understand the pulse of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute identified goals.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with overall employee experience goals.
  • Make recommendations on tool optimization (candidate surveys, generative ai text analysis, employee journey analytics)
  • Continuously improve orientation programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with Qualtrics survey design and analysis.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee experience strategies and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Certification in project management or employee experience.
  • Experience in executing early careers programs and internships.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and orientation processes.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
