HRmango is looking for a strong full stack development engineer candidate to create/maintain a new innovative application website and other USBE (Utah State Board of Education) IT development related activities.

Candidate must possess strong understanding of advanced statistical and mathematical principles, experience developing and maintaining data systems using .NET 6.0, C# 10, and SQL Server to include the ability to incorporate/integrate data visualization capabilities into web design.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a full stack Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Prepare a wide variety of design, programming, and documentation tasks necessary for the development, implementation, and sustainment of IT applications.

* Utilize software development best practices to create software solutions.

* Develop web applications using technologies such as .NET 6.0 or higher, C# 10 or higher, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, React.

* Implement secure coding standards and practices.

* Create normalized database tables and SQL queries in MS SQL Server and database tools.

* Perform basic database administration tasks, performance optimization, index optimization, and write advanced select queries.

* Plan and coordinate the development of data structures, identify specific data elements to be used in the system, design, develop or modify relational databases.

* Collaborate and communicate effectively in an agile environment.

* Contribute to analysis, design, and testing.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Highly skilled and motivated full-stack developer.

* Experience with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, MS SQL Server, Kubernetes, Azure and other technologies and tools.

* Experience using secure coding practices, Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, microservices design and implementation.

* Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

* Able to be thorough with a high attention to detail.

* Knowledge of agile practices and ability to work well in an agile environment.

* Capable of applying systems engineering concepts, such as structured design, supportability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability to ensure that applications are optimized and loosely coupled.

* Desire and ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level.

* Able to identify and develop creative solutions to problems.

* Strong understanding of data collections and data flow.
