Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty Experience Required

  • Property and Casualty License Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Retention Experience Preferred

  • Ability to excel in a fast-pace environment

  • Attention to detail

  • A positive attitude

  • A Team Player, willing to go above & beyond for our clients

Daily tasks include:

  • Taking inbound phone calls for newly sold policyholders and completing a review of all policy documents and e-signature expectations.

  • Process policy corrections as needed.

  • Service existing client's policies.

  • Making outbound calls to customers for policy related needs and customer inquiries.

  • Data tracking of all Retention and VIP activity.

  • Agent assistance - answering questions and completing requests.

  • Monitoring of recorded sales calls and accurately scoring these calls for Quality Assurance reporting and Sales Agent feedback.

  • Following up with underwriting departments to ensure policy is issued.

  • Cross Sell / Rewrite policies as needed.

  • Interact with mortgage and insurance carriers to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.

  • Track trends to ensure proper feedback is provided to the sales team.

  • Follow up with clients at renewal to ensure client retention.
