Job Summary

Do you have demonstrated experience in managing a large, complex enterprise customer with ARR exceeding $1M/customer? If so, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to work with our largest customers, establishing high profile relationships, managing strategic account initiatives, and directing competitive offerings to capture, retain and expand named, key strategic accounts.  Primary responsibility is to retain and grow the named accounts revenues, adoption, growth, and relationships by managing the relationship, commercial terms, account plan and deliverables of targeted, large accounts. This position cultivates new and maintains active business relationships as well as facilitates growth in existing accounts.  

What you will do

  • Achieve revenue and new bookings quota serving Henry Schein One’s largest customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional executive and account team relationships with large, targeted DSO, DPO, DHO customers.
  • Build and grow the Henry Schein One Brand representing all products and services to customers and leveraging partners and OneSchein relationships to drive revenue retention and growth, customer advocacy, and our brand. 
  • Drive the adoption of the entire Henry Schein portfolio through leveraging resources and knowledge across HSI. Partner with cross-divisional teams to understand and strategically influence customer goals and key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Henry Schein One’s Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management and Services teams to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes
  • Negotiate and develop commercial terms and contracts 

Qualifications

Must have: 

  • 8 or more years of experience in large Account Management, Customers Success and/or Sales leadership experience with key accounts delivering technology solutions, preferably in the SaaS industry (Dental or Healthcare experience a plus).
  • 3 or more years of experience specifically with large Account Management
  • Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth with large accounts in SaaS, enterprise software competitive markets (Dental experience preferred)
  • Proven experience working with internal cross-functional teams, including Executive Sponsors, and leading risk management and account planning with large existing customers.
  • Excellent ability to communicate, engage and drive execution with internal teams and effectively work with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence, build external relationships, understand organizational complexities, navigate politics, and manage conflict and negotiations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Outstanding independent planning, decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of financial information and what actions to take to contribute to profitability.
  • Ability to plan and manage complex projects to success; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget, and assign tasks and responsibility.
  • Willing to adhere to industry practices and company policies and procedures.
  • Proven completion of a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline 

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree or global equivalent.
  • Experience in Account Management, Customers Success and/or Sales leadership experience with large accounts delivering technology solutions, in the SaaS Dental or Healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth with large accounts in SaaS, enterprise software competitive markets (Dental experience preferred)

The posted range for this position is $180,000.00 OTE which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

The OTE (On Target Earnings) includes a base salary and commission target.
