Job Description:
Two Full-time (40 hrs/wk) -- Primary Children's Miller Campus in Lehi, UTPosting Specifics
Entry Rate: Based on experience
Shift Details: Late afternoon/evening shifts providing 7-day coverage between 2 positions to best support patients during the highest incidence of procedural support.
Two Full time, Swing Shift Positions, Rotating weekends with alternating weekly schedule
One Emergency Dept Child Life Spec position:
(Weeks 1 and 3: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs 1:30pm to 12:00am)
(Weeks 2 and 4: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 1:30pm to 12:00am)
Second Emergency Dept Child Life Spec position:
(Week 1 and 3: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 1:30pm to 12:00am)
(Weeks 2 and 4: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs 1:30pm to 12:00am)
Department: Child Life in Emergency Dept at Primary Children's Miller Campus in Lehi, UT
Additional Details: Must be a Certified Child Life Specialist with active certification.
Child life experience in a medical or hospital setting.
A 600-hour Child Life Internship MUST be completed to be eligible for certification.
New grads will need to provide their internship completion certificate signed by their Intern supervisor to show incumbent has successfully completed their 600 hours prior to starting.
