JOB SUMMARY: 
This position is responsible for driving the strategy and execution to accelerate our growth, pipeline and revenue and to drive forward our technology infrastructure as a SaaS company. As Senior Director, Demand Generation, you will oversee the planning, measurement and optimization of our efforts to partner with the commercial teams to generate new prospects and move prospects and customers through the funnel to generate more revenue from our existing base. You will oversee our marketing demand gen, website, marketing analytics and operations, events and partnerships teams to help meet our revenue goals. It is an exciting opportunity to modernize our demand generation function through new tactics and a data-driven focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Build and lead a demand generation center of excellence that includes cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, customer success, sales enablement, market strategy and insights, product, communications, practice education, creative services.
  • Establish and measure key marketing metrics to ensure spend is constantly allocated towards the highest ROI areas
  • Optimize all demand generation channels – website, account-based marketing programs, paid search, email, events and more
  • Lead and define our marketing attribution and lead scoring models, to educate the company and to drive high performance; and select technology that enhances our approach
  • Develop and support Partner channel marketing opportunities to expand the impact of demand generation programs
  • Work with key stakeholders to build and optimize Account Based Marketing programs.
  • Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results monthly and quarterly
  • Manage all demand generation budgets, team and any freelancers or contractors
  • Develop a world-class team to be best-in-class in SaaS and healthcare

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:  

  • 12+ years of marketing and demand generation experience, with a deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound and Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies
  • Passion for leadership and driving consensus – you’re building a team and educating a company on the exciting possibilities of technology-enabled demand gen
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI, identifying actionable insights to achieve crucial metrics
  • Experience demonstrating demand generation impact on business results, as well as attribution evaluation and funnel forecasting.
  • Experience with core marketing technology products, specifically marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tools
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports and outsourced agencies including campaign, operations, marketing automation, paid and digital marketers
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 7 or more years of management experience.

                                                                                                                                       
PREFERRED EDUCATION:  

  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
