C2 seeks I/O Psychologists who are responsible for providing technical expertise in the development and administration of testing and assessment instruments, as well as programmatic guidance and support to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
We are currently seeking candidates at all levels:
Junior I/O Psychologists - Master's Degree in I/O Psychology with at least 2 years of experience OR PhD in I/O Psychology with at least 1 year of experience
Mid-Level I/O Psychologist - Master's Degree in I/O Psychology with at least 4 years of experience OR PhD in I/O Psychology with at least 2 years of experience
Senior I/O Psychologist - Master's Degree in I/O Psychology with at least 6 years of experience OR PhD in I/O Psychology with at least 6 years of experience
